Scottgames is an indie horror game company owned by Scott Cawthon that includes the Five Night At Freddy's franchise

After going through many failures in the game industry, Scott Cawthon's entered the horror game industry. Scott Cawthon started his FNAF franchise in 2014 and it sold well in the market. He continued the franchise until it became famous as it is now.

Like his creator, he also really likes puzzles and mysteries, which makes all his games (except Freddy in space 1,2,3 and Fnaf World) have mysteries that make players want to solve them.
